We want you to feel completely at home with your purchase; if you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all home decor and furniture items are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
